About the role
This casual onsite Outside School Hours Care Educator role supports children at Mentone Girls' Grammar School in Mentone, Victoria. You will help run after-school and vacation-care activities, maintain a safe inclusive service, prepare snacks, and engage with the school community. The regular after-school schedule is Monday through Thursday from 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm, with vacation-care work available for up to 30 hours weekly.

- Help deliver educational, sporting, science, and creative activities for children.

- Engage with stakeholders to support integrated OSHC programming.
What they’re looking for
- A Certificate III, teaching, school-aged-care, diploma, bachelor's, master's, or another approved qualification, or current study toward one.
- A valid Working With Children Check.
- Child Protection Training certification.
- First Aid, CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma-management credentials, or willingness to obtain them.
- A warm, engaging approach and practical attitude.
