What you’ll do
- Receive, unload, inspect, and reconcile incoming materials against purchase orders and packing lists.
- Store and relocate materials using approved handling equipment.
- Pull and issue production materials on time.
- Reconcile physical inventory counts with ERP records.
- Coordinate shipping preparation, crating, and scheduling.
- Lead, train, and schedule shipping, receiving, and materials employees.
- Conduct performance reviews and monitor attendance and timekeeping.
- Support cycle counts, annual inventory, housekeeping, and safety compliance.

- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Have supervisory experience in inventory, logistics, or a related field.
- Have warehouse or manufacturing experience.
- Be able to operate material-handling equipment, including forklifts.
- Understand ERP inventory systems and Microsoft Suite tools.
- Demonstrate strong organization, accuracy, and time-management skills.
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.

- An associate degree or higher.
- Forklift certification.
