About the role
This is a senior individual-contributor architecture role designing GPU delivery, health monitoring and diagnostic systems for a large-scale cloud AI infrastructure platform. It suits an experienced infrastructure engineer comfortable with hands-on debugging and leading incident response for large GPU clusters. The role is based in the United States.
What you’ll do
- Ensure AI infrastructure reliability and customer satisfaction through proactive issue management.
- Engage with enterprise and AI/ML customers to understand uninterrupted-workload requirements.
- Drive organizational goals for making AI infrastructure more efficient.
- Represent major incidents to customers, communicating technically and strategically.
- Identify recurring issues and drive organizational fixes.
- Perform hands-on debugging and log analysis.
- Implement monitoring and optimization frameworks for AI workloads, covering latency, throughput and cost.
- Lead incident response and post-mortem processes.
