About the role
Musegroup is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join their infrastructure team and build systems that power reliable product delivery at scale. The role suits engineers who own CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes operations, and observability tooling while keeping deploys fast and rollbacks reliable. This is a remote position based out of Cyprus.
What you’ll do
- Own and operate CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions, including self-hosted runner fleets across Linux, macOS, and Windows
- Operate Kubernetes managed through Hetzner with Helm, containerizing services with Docker
- Manage the data layer including MySQL/Percona XtraDB multi-region replication, ClickHouse, Redis/Memcached, and Kafka
- Handle the network and edge layer: nginx load balancing, Cloudflare CDN, DNS, and TLS certificates
- Maintain the observability stack covering Sentry, Prometheus/Grafana, and Graylog, including migration tasks
- Build and maintain infrastructure for mobile and desktop applications
- Serve as infrastructure on-call for incident response, coordination, and root-cause analysis
- Use AI tooling to accelerate configuration, automation, diagnostics, and documentation

- Production CI/CD experience with Jenkins and GitHub Actions
- Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker proficiency
- Strong Linux administration skills with operating PHP/php-fpm applications
- MySQL/Percona XtraDB experience including replication, recovery, and troubleshooting
- Configuration management with Ansible
- Bash scripting and either Python or PHP
- CDN/Cloudflare or S3-compatible storage experience
- MacOS/iOS builds with fastlane, certificates, provisioning, and DSYM
- Android build experience
- Private registry experience with Nexus or similar tools
- On-call and incident management experience
- Practical daily use of AI coding and ops assistants
