You’ll evaluate code and architecture, write technical analyses, and explain design and debugging decisions for a broad audience. What you’ll do
- Explain the trade-offs behind engineering and system-design decisions.
- Review code samples and architecture proposals with actionable feedback.
- Write RFCs, ADRs, and technical design specifications.
- Document debugging approaches and recommended fixes.
- Create testing strategies and performance analyses.
- Translate complex technical subjects into accessible explanations.

- At least three years of production software delivery experience.
- A strong record of technical writing through design documents, RFCs, ADRs, or code reviews.
- System-design, performance-analysis, and debugging capability.
- Clear and persuasive English writing.
- Familiarity with automation testing and engineering trade-off analysis.
