About the role
This is an AI systems engineering role in Bengaluru for someone who has built production LLM applications and can lead enterprise agent architecture. You'll design agent workflows, retrieval systems and evaluation practices for an enterprise productivity-intelligence product.
What you’ll do
- Lead architecture and development of an enterprise AI agent.
- Design multi-agent workflows with orchestration frameworks.
- Build pipelines covering prompting, retrieval, reasoning and tool execution.
- Create structured prompt-engineering and PromptOps practices.
- Develop RAG, vector-search and embedding systems.
- Establish evaluations, regression tests, observability and quality gates.
- Work with product, engineering and data-science teams.

- Three to five years of software engineering or AI product-development experience.
- At least two years building and deploying production LLM applications.
- Experience with agentic AI, retrieval, embeddings and enterprise AI architecture.
- Strong Python and prompt-engineering capability.
- Ability to focus on reliability, evaluation, governance and production operations.
Nice to have
- Experience with LangGraph or CrewAI.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar tools.
- Exposure to productivity governance and enterprise analytics.
