This is an on-site staff software engineering role in Noida for engineers with at least seven years of experience building and operating production systems. You'll remain hands-on while leading technical direction for backend services, data pipelines, and AI or ML-powered healthcare product features. The role works closely with product and clinical partners and includes mentoring through design and code review.
What you’ll do
- Design and ship critical backend components, APIs, and data pipelines.
- Build AI and ML product features, including their supporting data flows and production operation.
- Make and implement architectural decisions on scalability, performance, security, and cost.
- Raise engineering standards through code, reviews, testing, security, observability, and operations.
- Build services that integrate with healthcare systems.
- Investigate and strengthen production reliability and incident response.
- Mentor engineers through pairing, technical reviews, and code review.
- Work with product and clinical stakeholders on deliverable designs.
- Evaluate frameworks, technologies, and tooling.

- At least seven years of software engineering experience delivering production systems.
- Current hands-on coding experience in Python, Java, Go, or a similar language.
- Strong design ability for distributed systems, backend services, APIs, and data-intensive architectures.
- Experience integrating AI or ML models into production products.
- Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, monitoring, performance work, and incident response.
- Cloud and container orchestration experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and Docker or Kubernetes.
- Ability to communicate technical approaches clearly.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with FHIR or HL7 healthcare data standards.
- Experience with HIPAA, GDPR, or another regulated domain.
