About the role
This is a full-time hybrid agentic AI engineering role for enterprise projects in Hyderabad, Pune, or Bengaluru, India. You will build LLM-powered agents, multi-agent workflows, retrieval systems, integrations, and scalable Python services. The role suits professionals with 3 to 8 years of experience in generative AI, LLM orchestration, cloud deployment, and production operations.
What you’ll do
- Design and develop AI agents and multi-agent systems for enterprise use cases.
- Build workflows with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar tools.
- Develop LLM applications using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or equivalent models.
- Implement RAG pipelines with vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources.
- Connect agents to APIs, databases, enterprise applications, search engines, and external tools.
- Build planning, reasoning, memory, tool-calling, decomposition, and decision capabilities.
- Create prompt strategies and improve response accuracy and reliability.
- Implement evaluation, monitoring, guardrails, observability, and responsible AI practices.
- Fine-tune or customize models and improve inference performance where needed.
- Deploy AI services on AWS, Azure, or GCP using containers and CI/CD.
- Troubleshoot application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.

- Three to eight years of relevant experience.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI and LLMs.
- Strong understanding of agentic AI and autonomous workflows.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
- Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval.
- Experience with prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, REST APIs, tools, and function calling.
- Knowledge of FastAPI, Flask, or similar Python frameworks.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL Server, or similar databases.
- Understanding of AI lifecycle management, evaluation, monitoring, and deployment.
- Good knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
