This is a lead health informatics and business systems role supporting mobility technology and patient-care transformation in Surrey, British Columbia. What you’ll do
- Gather and analyze business and technical requirements.
- Design and assess mobility services and information systems.
- Manage vendors, suppliers, workflows, metrics, billing, and assets.
- Support testing, validation, procurement, and project delivery.
- Lead project timelines, budgets, change management, and reporting.
- Provide guidance to project teams and serve as portfolio-manager backup.
- Analyze workflows and recommend business-efficiency improvements.
- Coordinate application support and service-level commitments.
- Participate in enterprise committees and technology projects.

- A bachelor’s degree in health information science, computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of recent systems and business analysis experience.
- Experience managing projects in a large, complex enterprise.
- Knowledge of health or corporate information systems.
- Strong project leadership, analysis, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate clinical or business needs into application architecture.
Nice to have
- Experience with Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune, Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise, or Samsung Knox.
- Experience with telecom expense management and device lifecycle processes.
- Vendor and service-provider management experience.
- Familiarity with MFA, PKI, SIEM, ITIL, ServiceNow, Windows, Linux, infrastructure, and networking.
