This onsite Senior AI Engineer position in Bengaluru is for an AI practitioner who has delivered NLP and generative AI systems, particularly in regulated settings. You will build LLM pipelines and production AI solutions for risk, compliance, and automation use cases on a credit risk management platform. The role combines applied model development with responsible-AI controls, cloud deployment, and collaboration across product, compliance, engineering, and data teams.
What you’ll do
- Build and release LLM pipelines.
- Combine foundation models with retrieval, memory, caching, and external services.
- Apply NLP methods to language understanding and generation problems.
- Deploy and scale AI systems on cloud infrastructure.
- Assess privacy, security, bias, hallucination, prompt-injection, toxicity, and model-drift risks.
- Develop monitoring, safeguards, and compliance controls.
- Work with product, compliance, engineering, and data science partners.

- At least 3 years of recent hands-on NLP and generative AI work.
- Experience in a regulated industry, preferably financial services or healthcare.
- A master's degree in computer science, data science, or a related discipline.

- Knowledge of healthcare and life-sciences rules, including HIPAA and GDPR.
- Familiarity with healthcare generative-AI applications.
