What you’ll do
- Design and build AI-powered solutions to automate marketing tasks
- Create AI agents for creative brief routing and content translation
- Build API integrations to pull data from marketing platforms into custom AI tools
- Develop tools for lead-to-account matching, duplicate removal and data enrichment
- Collaborate with Brand and Communications teams on content generation and trend analysis
- Measure and optimize the business impact of shipped solutions
- Research and recommend new AI tools and technologies
What they’re looking for
- 5-7 years in a development or engineering role
- Hands-on experience building and deploying production-level applications, bots or automated workflows
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript
- Strong data manipulation skills, e.g. Pandas
- Experience with AI/automation frameworks such as LangChain, Make or Zapier
- API development and integration experience using REST and GraphQL
- Strong understanding of LLMs and advanced prompt engineering
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical work to non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot or Marketo
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment
