About the role
This is a remote AI Specialist role with Bpmcpa for delivering applied AI systems such as LLM workflows, RAG applications, agentic automation and evaluation frameworks. You will work directly with clients on discovery, design, demonstrations and delivery, translating operational problems into dependable AI solutions. The team is based in Bengaluru, while the position requires consistent overlap with US business hours.
What you’ll do
- Scope, design and deliver applied AI solutions integrated with client and business systems.
- Lead client discovery sessions, solution design, demonstrations and implementation work.
- Define patterns and specifications for the prompt-development team.
- Review production builds and guide the team toward the intended solution.
- Create evaluation criteria and measure quality, accuracy and return on investment.
- Advise clients on AI readiness, data requirements and responsible deployment.
- Contribute reusable AI accelerators and go-to-market offerings.
What they’re looking for
- At least four years in AI/ML, data science or applied AI engineering.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs in production or near-production environments.
- Strong Python skills and familiarity with modern AI tooling.
- Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector stores and at least one major LLM provider or framework.
- Ability to lead working sessions and explain technical trade-offs to non-technical clients.
- Fluent English and reliable overlap with US working hours.
- A practical, outcomes-focused approach to client work.
Nice to have
- Consulting or professional-services experience.
- Exposure to NetSuite, Salesforce, ERP, CRM or finance and operations data.
- Experience with evaluation, observability or guardrail frameworks.
- Cloud and MLOps experience across AWS, Azure or GCP.
