What you’ll do
- Manage and grow social channels across Instagram, TikTok, and X.
- Develop the ongoing public narrative for UGLYCASH.
- Identify company stories, personalities, launches, experiments, events, successes, and setbacks that can become content.
- Create recurring content formats and story arcs rather than isolated posts.
- Partner with the film creator on what to capture and how to convert footage into stories.
- Maintain the content calendar and publishing cadence.
- Track internet culture and evaluate trends, conversations, and formats relevant to the brand.
- Experiment with storytelling approaches and use audience response to refine the narrative.
