- Use tools like Cursor and Claude Code to accelerate agent development
- Explore self-optimizing systems that improve through real-world usage and feedback
- Work with customers to surface unmet needs and shape the product and platform roadmap

- Proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in agentic AI frameworks
- Experience with AI-search, retrieval-augmented generation and context engineering
- Familiarity with modern agent patterns including MCP, A2A, ACP

- Strong communication and documentation skills
