What you’ll do
- Design, develop and maintain data products, AI-enabled applications, dashboards and automation solutions

- Integrate data from enterprise systems including clinical, supply chain, manufacturing and quality platforms
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate problems into technical solutions
- Build user-facing applications giving business users access to data and AI capabilities
- Support the full product lifecycle from requirements through deployment and sustainment
- Ensure solutions meet data quality, compliance and governance requirements

- Doctorate degree, OR master's degree plus 2 years of data scientist experience, OR bachelor's degree plus 4 years, OR associate's degree plus 8 years, OR high school diploma plus 10 years
Nice to have
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology or other regulated environments
- Strong Python and SQL skills
- Experience with LLMs, generative AI, prompt engineering, RAG or agent-based systems
- Experience with Streamlit, Dash, React or similar frameworks
- Experience with Databricks, AWS, Azure and cloud-native data platforms
- Experience designing APIs and data pipelines
- Experience with ETL/ELT and workflow orchestration
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD and code review practices
- Experience with SAP, manufacturing, quality or clinical systems
