This is a full-time security officer role in Little Canada, Canada, for candidates with security, law-enforcement, or military experience. What you’ll do
- Patrol designated areas on foot or by vehicle.
- Monitor entrances, exits, alarms, and unusual conditions.
- Respond to fires, unauthorized access, safety hazards, and other incidents.
- Prepare incident reports and maintain required logs.
- Assist customers, employees, and visitors professionally.
- Apply site post orders and notify emergency services when necessary.

- At least three years of security experience, or prior law-enforcement or military experience.
- A high school diploma or equivalent, or five years of verifiable experience.
- A valid driver's license when operating a company or customer vehicle.
- Ability to work flexible assignments and irregular shifts.
- Ability to operate radios, telephones, or console-monitoring equipment.
- Clear written and verbal communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to assess situations, mediate conflict, and work as part of a team.
- Applicants must meet applicable background-investigation and drug-screen requirements.
- Applicants must be at least 18, or 21 for armed work where required.
Nice to have
- Prior security, military, or law-enforcement experience.
- Ability to speak, read, or write multiple languages, including Spanish, Portuguese, French, or Arabic.
