What you’ll do
- Meet personal and store sales goals and help develop the team's sales ability.

- Manage opening and closing tasks, inventory, visual standards, and housekeeping.
- Use POS, CRM, and inventory systems.
- Follow loss-prevention and operating procedures.
- Coach employees and assist the Store Manager with hiring and onboarding.
