About the role
This onsite Community Liaison role builds community partnerships and enrolls people in Wider Circle services across Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania. It suits a field-based relationship builder who is comfortable visiting organizations and residents, creating referral networks, and working independently. The full-time temporary role is expected to continue through the end of 2026 and may become permanent.
What you’ll do
- Visit community organizations, healthcare sites, faith groups, public housing, food pantries, and insurance brokers to build partnerships.
- Expand the supplied lead list through local market knowledge.
- Maintain regular partner contact to understand needs and connect them with relevant services.
- Lead community engagement activities and present the organization's services at partner events.
- Create referral pathways from community organizations.
- Meet community members and help eligible people enroll in services.
- Meet weekly organization-visit goals and record each visit the same day.
- Maintain lasting partner relationships and report field insights to the team.

- Existing Philadelphia-area relationships with senior centers, physician offices, or community organizations.
- Comfort using CRM tools, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, virtual meetings, Google Chat, or Slack.
