About the role
This is a remote pharmacovigilance role managing local safety activities for marketed products and clinical studies. TFS HealthScience is hiring for a dedicated FSP role supporting a global pharmaceutical sponsor, based in Canada. The officer processes adverse events, submits safety reports and supports audits and inspections.
What you’ll do
- Manage local pharmacovigilance activities per global and local regulatory requirements
- Support collection, processing, review and reporting of adverse events and serious adverse events
- Ensure timely submission of safety reports and maintain pharmacovigilance documentation
- Support inspections, audits and CAPA activities
- Collaborate with stakeholders, healthcare professionals and regulatory authorities
- Contribute to pharmacovigilance training and process improvements
What they’re looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing or related discipline
- Relevant experience in Pharmacovigilance, Drug Safety or Clinical Safety in pharma, biotech or CRO
- Good knowledge of EU GVP requirements and pharmacovigilance regulations
- Experience with adverse event reporting and safety databases
- Strong English communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills, able to work independently
