About the role
This full-time HVAC Designer role is for a mechanical engineering professional working in Bengaluru. You will design HVAC and ventilation systems, calculate heat loads, prepare tender materials and issue GFC drawings for building projects.
What you’ll do
- Prepare spatial plans for chillers, cooling towers, IDUs, ODUs and basement ventilation.
- Design pressurisation shafts and STP ventilation systems.
- Perform heat-load calculations.
- Prepare tender drawings and related tender documents.
- Issue GFC drawings.
What they’re looking for
- Experience with HVAC design and engineering.
- Knowledge of chillers, heat-load calculations, ducting, ventilation and air conditioning.
- A B.Tech or B.E. in any specialisation.
- Working knowledge of HAP and HVAC design practices.
- Communication skills in English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil or Telugu.
