About the role
This is an early-career LLM Data Scientist, Senior Associate role for people with up to seven years of overall experience and at least three years of applied machine-learning or data-science experience, based in Bangalore. You'll support experiments, fine-tuning, benchmarking, and evaluation of large language models within State Street's GenAI Center of Excellence. What you’ll do
- Design and run model experiments and fine-tuning workflows.
- Use techniques such as LoRA and QLoRA with Python and ML frameworks.
- Benchmark LLM performance and investigate anomalies.
- Prepare and curate data for training and evaluation.
- Record experiment methods, results, and insights.
- Participate in model reviews and apply generative-model evaluation methods.
- Track developments in generative AI and contribute research ideas.
