What you’ll do
- Plan daily fleet activity with safety and operating efficiency in mind
- Track vehicle movement, cleaning schedules, and anticipated fleet requirements
- Dispatch vehicles using hourly, daily, and weekly demand forecasts
- Coordinate transfers between branches
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners
- Manage inventory supporting branch rental operations

- A high school diploma or GED
- At least one year of relevant administrative experience
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
- A valid driver's license with a clean record
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Availability for 40 hours per week, including day or evening shifts
