What you’ll do
- Build agentic AI systems for IT operations, service management and incident resolution.
- Create agents with planning, tool use, orchestration and controlled autonomy.
- Integrate ServiceNow, monitoring systems, ticketing tools, knowledge bases, APIs and databases.
- Develop voice bots and conversational support systems.
- Design workflows for triage, diagnosis, resolution, ticketing and knowledge retrieval.
- Create evaluation, monitoring and guardrail systems.
- Optimize agents for latency, cost, reliability and business outcomes.
- Take solutions from prototypes through APIs, deployment, testing and production improvement.

- Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, Docker and CI/CD.
