What you’ll do
- Design, build and deploy generative AI solutions using LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral or open-source models like LLaMA and Falcon
- Fine-tune and customize foundation models on domain-specific datasets
- Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies for accurate, context-aware responses
- Build model pipelines with Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers and LangChain
- Implement agentic AI workflows using CrewAI or LangGraph
- Work with data engineers and MLOps teams to productionize models on Azure, AWS or GCP
- Integrate GenAI into enterprise applications via APIs or custom interfaces
- Evaluate model performance and iterate on outputs using quantitative and qualitative metrics

- Strong Python, PyTorch and Hugging Face Transformers skills
- Hands-on deployment experience on Azure, AWS or GCP
- Experience with LangChain or LangGraph orchestration frameworks
- REST API development with FastAPI or Flask
- ML pipeline tooling such as MLflow or Weights & Biases
- Git and CI/CD for ML, e.g. Azure ML or SageMaker Pipelines
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field
Nice to have
- RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) experience
- Vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone or Weaviate
- Streamlit or Gradio for prototyping
- Docker and Kubernetes for model deployment
- Data preprocessing and feature engineering
- NLP libraries such as spaCy, NLTK or Transformers
- Model fine-tuning and small language model experience
