What you’ll do
- Lead evaluation, benchmarking and implementation of scalable, secure Agentic AI frameworks
- Create reusable orchestration blueprints, prompt engineering guides and integration patterns
- Define scalable multi-agent system design patterns including tool usage, memory management and task routing
- Establish evaluation frameworks assessing reasoning, tool reliability, task completion and hallucination mitigation
- Design enterprise Retrieval Augmented Generation architectures, optimizing retrieval, embeddings and chunking
- Mentor AI engineering teams and translate stakeholder objectives into AI roadmaps
- Manage client engagements including discovery, demos, proposal development and delivery planning

- Bachelor's and Master's degree in computer science, Data Science or related field
- 12+ years of experience in technical/technology roles
- Oral and written proficiency in English
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise cloud AI platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, Amazon Bedrock and Google Vertex AI
- Hands-on expertise with orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or Semantic Kernel
- In-depth knowledge of vector databases including Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus and Azure AI Search
- Experience designing multi-modal AI solutions across text, vision, audio and document understanding
- Familiarity with AI governance/observability platforms such as LangSmith and Arize
- Familiarity with AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor and Windsurf
