This is a remote, mid-level analyst role at Koronet, a marketplace platform company, open across North America, Latin America and Europe. You'll build dashboards and decision-making tools that turn transaction and customer data into product and business insights. It suits a solo-operating analyst comfortable with SQL and ambiguous problems who wants to work directly on go-to-market and product feedback loops.
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain dashboards and tools for Transactions, Success, Product and leadership
- Turn business questions into reliable decision systems
- Connect data from calls, feedback, email and market research to understand customer behavior
- Spot patterns across customers to identify where the company can add value
- Drive the marketplace growth model by helping customers improve sourcing and catalog reliability
- Create feedback loops to track whether campaigns and product changes drive adoption
- Design, launch and execute campaigns to expand digital buying and selling
- Investigate data inconsistencies to ensure data quality
- Identify and fix internal bottlenecks with automation and better workflows

- Ability to solve ambiguous problems using data, spreadsheets, SQL or code
- Comfort working across structured and unstructured data
- Excellent communication skills, able to turn complex data into narratives for other teams
- Interest in marketplaces, B2B SaaS and operational systems
- Fluent in English
