This is a permanent full-time truck driver position based in Edmonton, Alberta, moving freight with straight or articulated trucks across various locations. You'll operate and maintain the vehicle, manage delivery records and payments, secure loads, and stay connected with dispatch. What you’ll do
- Transport goods and materials by straight or articulated truck.
- Inspect tires, lights, brakes, refrigeration equipment, and other vehicle systems.
- Complete pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip checks.
- Perform brake adjustments, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs.
- Load, tarp, and protect cargo.
- Receive and relay information from central dispatch.
- Keep driver logs and records of hours, distance, fuel, and cargo.
- Collect and make payments for goods.

- A Class 1 or Class A driver's licence.
- Knowledge of driver logbooks.
- Ability to sit for extended periods and maintain attention to detail.
