About the role
This is a 6-month contract role for an AI & data architect, evolving an enterprise data platform and AI platform architecture. It suits a senior architect who can define architecture models and lead AI/ML solution design, working hybrid out of Montreal or Toronto. The work is staffed through Procom on behalf of a client.
What you’ll do
- Develop architecture plans and implementation strategies aligned with security and data protection standards
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to design solutions for client needs
- Create and maintain architecture models, roadmaps, and strategies
- Lead risk and cost analyses, including build-versus-buy strategies
- Design AI/ML solution architectures and service/hosting models

- Experience architecting data and AI platforms in the cloud
- Experience with Agile delivery
- Knowledge of secure architecture principles
- Experience with AI/ML solution architecture
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills

- Knowledge of generative AI platforms
