About the role
This is a senior engineering role for building and deploying production GenAI and agentic AI systems in Bengaluru, Gurugram or Mumbai. You'll work on RAG, multi-agent architectures, backend services and enterprise integrations across the AI delivery lifecycle.
What you’ll do
- Design and deploy production GenAI and agentic AI solutions.
- Build RAG pipelines with document processing, retrieval, vector databases and context management.
- Implement agents with tools, memory, planning, guardrails and observability.
- Develop asynchronous Python and FastAPI services for enterprise integrations.
- Evaluate and improve LLM performance through prompt engineering and evaluation workflows.
- Deploy secure AI services in cloud environments and support human-in-the-loop processes.

- 6–12 years of experience.
- Experience delivering production-grade GenAI and agentic AI systems.
- Strong Python, FastAPI and asynchronous programming skills.
- Practical experience with RAG, vector databases and context management.
- Knowledge of multi-agent design, tool use, memory, planning and orchestration.
- Experience with prompt engineering, LLM evaluation and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Ability to work with cloud platforms and enterprise integration patterns.
Nice to have
- Azure, AWS or Google Cloud experience.
- Graph API, Power Automate or Salesforce integration experience.
- Knowledge of secure credential management and managed identity.
