What you’ll do
- Design and develop AI-driven solutions using Microsoft AI technologies
- Build, test and deploy intelligent agents
- Integrate AI solutions within enterprise systems and workflows
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI architectures and reusable components
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise security and governance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Support team management tasks including resource allocation and performance evaluation

- 4+ years of total experience, with 1+ years in AI or agent-based solutions
- Prior experience in client-facing consulting or enterprise delivery engagements
- Ability to work in distributed onshore-offshore delivery models
- A degree such as BE, B.Tech, MCA or MBA, or equivalent industry experience
Nice to have
- Experience with Power Platform
- Experience with Azure Integration Services
- Experience supporting large transformation or digital modernization programs
- Familiarity with testing tools, deployment cycles and release management practices
- Experience working across multiple industries or complex business environments
- Microsoft AI certification
