What you’ll do
- Design, deploy, monitor, and improve production AI and agentic systems.
- Own AI features from problem framing through prompt design, orchestration, and tuning.
- Add validation, retries, fallbacks, and human checkpoints around model outputs.
- Build offline and online evaluation pipelines that detect regressions.
- Balance token cost, latency, and availability in system architecture.
- Integrate AI services with APIs, event streams, queues, and data pipelines.
- Review technical proposals and advocate for durable architecture.

- Four to six years of software engineering experience.
- One to two years of hands-on experience shipping production LLM or agentic systems.
- Strong Python and/or TypeScript skills.
- Experience with foundation-model APIs, agent frameworks, and RAG.
- Knowledge of evaluation methods and production reliability.
- A solid background in APIs, event-driven systems, architecture, and CI/CD.
Nice to have
- Kubernetes or OpenShift experience across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- AI gateways, proxy routers, or model-routing frameworks such as Portkey.
- Spec-driven or agent-first development practices.
- Open-source AI contributions, technical writing, or shipped AI products.
- Experience in regulated sectors such as banking, financial services, insurance, or healthcare.
- Enterprise compliance and auditability experience.
