About the role
This is a full-stack developer role for someone with 4–6 years of experience building web applications in Noida, India. You'll create a centralized platform for business reports, dashboards, operational tools, and future CRM and client portals. The work spans frontend interfaces, backend services, databases, integrations, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
What you’ll do
- Build a centralized platform for reporting and business operations.
- Develop secure, scalable, and maintainable web applications.
- Create responsive dashboards and user interfaces.
- Design backend services, APIs, authentication, and authorization.
- Integrate data sources and automate reporting and visualization.
- Test applications at unit, integration, and system levels.
- Develop future CRM modules for customer, sales, support, workflow, and reporting needs.
- Build secure client-facing portals and third-party integrations.
- Design and maintain SQL or MySQL databases.
- Deploy applications and monitor production performance.
- Resolve technical issues and deliver ongoing improvements.
- Use AI coding assistants such as Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor in daily development.

- Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Experience with cloud platforms and deployment processes.
- Familiarity with Git and version control.

- A bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification is required.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
