This is a full-time, fully remote senior frontend engineering role open worldwide for developers with at least six years of experience. You'll own product surfaces across a telehealth platform, while also working through APIs and databases when a feature requires it. - Document effective AI-assisted engineering practices.

- Backend capability with tRPC, Drizzle ORM, SQL, Node.js, and SST.

- Clear technical communication in a fast-moving startup environment.
