About the role
This is a full-time food counter attendant role for someone serving customers and preparing simple food at a Tim Hortons location in Langford, British Columbia. You'll take orders, handle counter service, prepare and package food, and help keep the kitchen and dining areas clean. No previous experience is required because training is provided.
What you’ll do
- Take customer orders and serve food at the counter.
- Prepare, heat, portion, wrap, and package simple food items.
- Clean and sanitize dishes, kitchen equipment, surfaces, and dining areas.
- Operate dishwashers and an electronic cash register.
- Restock refrigerators, salad bars, condiments, and other supplies.
- Receive and store deliveries in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and storage areas.
- Record quantities of food used and remove kitchen waste.
- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
