About the role
This is a remote India role for an agentic engineer with four to seven years of software development experience. You'll create reliable LLM-powered workflows and integrations on Netomi's no-code platform, combining prompt design with API engineering and production troubleshooting.
What you’ll do
- Write prompts for LLM-based agents.
- Build agent tools and workflows on Netomi's no-code platform.
- Connect internal and external services through APIs and webhooks.
- Create unit tests and investigate workflow failures.
- Apply resilience patterns for retries, timeouts, idempotency, and fault handling.
- Improve agent performance, cost, and reliability.
- Work with Product, QA, and Delivery teams on production releases.
- Support agentic solutions across the customer experience journey.

- Strong knowledge of prompt design and LLM behavior.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON integrations.
- Solid testing, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
- Understanding of resilient system design and non-happy-path behavior.
Nice to have
- Experience with no-code or low-code automation tools.
- Exposure to agentic AI, conversational AI, or workflow orchestration.
- Familiarity with production observability and monitoring.
