What you’ll do
- Develop and implement AI-based solutions across disciplines at Capgemini
- Contribute to deployment of machine learning, statistical methods and operations research on large data sets
- Execute data science projects independently to deliver business outcomes
- Conduct analysis of customer behaviour to inform feature engineering and model architecture
- Design and modernize large-scale data and analytics platforms
- Integrate structured and unstructured data to generate insights
- Assist and participate in pre-sales, client pursuits and proposals
What they’re looking for
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution
- At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology
- Experience with Python, Java or Scala, SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- At least 3 years of experience with cloud platforms (ADF, Databricks, Azure) and their AI services
- 6-8 years of data science experience, including 1 year focused on supply chain analytics
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Python/PySpark, Pandas/NumPy, TensorFlow, Flask/FastAPI and scikit-learn
- Back-end query experience and experience with a cloud platform such as Azure, AWS or GCP
- Depth of knowledge in Gen AI and Agentic AI
Nice to have
- Experience with ML frameworks, optimization solvers and big data ecosystems like Hadoop or Spark
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Data Science, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering or related field
- Experience in pricing analysis and promotional effectiveness analysis
- Experience working in Agile with JIRA
- Experience with proposals, RFPs, RFQs and pitch creation
- Experience working in a consulting environment
